These Terms govern the use of bovutri.com and the services offered by Bovutri S.R.L. By accessing the site and its related channels, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not continue using the site.
1. Purpose and nature of the service
Bovutri is a technology platform that facilitates the connection between real estate project developers in Bolivia and people interested in contributing capital under crowdlending schemes. Bovutri is not a bank, does not take deposits from the general public, and does not promise guaranteed returns. Each project defines its own economic conditions, maturities, risks and coverage.
2. Eligibility
You can use the site if you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter obligations. In the case of legal entities, the person accepting these Terms declares to hold sufficient authority to represent the entity.
3. Account and user responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep the confidentiality of your access credentials and the accuracy of the information you provide. Bovutri may request additional information to comply with legal obligations, including know-your-customer and anti money laundering procedures.
4. Usage rules
You cannot use the site for unlawful purposes, nor attempt to breach its security, extract data without authorization, impersonate identities or interfere with the normal operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or access on reasonable evidence of misuse.
5. Investment risks
The opportunities listed are real estate investments with risks inherent to the sector, including delays, cost increases, regulatory shifts and macroeconomic factors. The information published does not constitute personalized financial advice. We recommend analyzing each project with your own criteria and, where appropriate, consulting an independent advisor.
6. Intellectual property
The site, the name "Bovutri", logos, texts, designs and graphic materials are the property of Bovutri S.R.L. or its licensors. You cannot copy, distribute or use them commercially without express written authorization.
7. Third-party content
The site may include links to other websites or quotes from public information. Bovutri does not control nor assume responsibility for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bovutri will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from investment decisions taken based on its content. Our total liability, if any, is capped at the amount actually paid by you to Bovutri in the past 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes. We will always publish the date of the latest revision on this page and notify substantial changes through reasonable channels.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of La Paz, unless a mandatory rule states otherwise.
