This Policy describes how Bovutri S.R.L. ("Bovutri", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of people who interact with bovutri.com and its related services. Our goal is that you can use the platform with full clarity about what happens with your information.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Bovutri S.R.L., Tax ID (NIT) 384219027, with registered address at Av. Arce No. 2189, Mercurio Building, 8th floor, Sopocachi, La Paz, Bolivia. For any question related to this Policy you can write to privacidad@bovutri.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you provide directly by filling in the contact form (name, email and message content) and limited technical data that your browser sends when you visit the site (truncated IP, device type, pages visited and moment of the visit). We do not request identification numbers, bank accounts or sensitive information through this site.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to reply to your enquiry, improve the site content, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations applicable in Bolivia and, if you activated the corresponding cookies, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. We do not use your information to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your explicit consent when submitting the form, our legitimate interest to protect our services, and the fulfilment of legal, accounting and tax obligations required by Bolivian regulation.
5. Who we share the data with
We share information with technology providers that help us operate the site (hosting, transactional email, campaign measurement) always under contractual clauses that require appropriate security levels. We do not sell nor rent personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Bolivia. In those cases we apply contractual safeguards so that the level of protection is equivalent to the one offered by local legislation.
7. Retention period
We keep the form data while the contact relationship remains useful and, at most, for 24 months since the last exchange, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Anonymous technical data is stored in an aggregated way that does not allow identifying you.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability regarding your personal data by writing to privacidad@bovutri.com. You can also withdraw consent at any moment, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you feel we have not addressed your request, you can escalate to the competent authority for data protection in Bolivia.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and continuous monitoring. No system is infallible, so we recommend avoiding sending sensitive information through unofficial channels.
10. Changes to the policy
If we update this Policy we will publish the new version at the same URL, indicating the revision date. Substantial changes will be flagged visibly for at least 30 days.
